  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit timestamp, cookies

3. Payment Data

Invoicing and collection are handled through Ruul. Webesso does not collect or store card or bank-account details. Ruul processes the Customer's email, company details, amount and service description to create the invoice and match payment. Transaction status and reference details may be shared with Webesso so we can manage the service request.

  • Customer support and technical notifications
  • Compliance with legal obligations

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Your personal data is shared only with third parties necessary for service delivery:

  • Ruul: Invoicing, collection and transaction compliance
  • Technical infrastructure providers: Secure delivery and data processing
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Google Gemini: Content and image generation engine (business description only, no personal identifiers)

6. Data Retention

Order and account data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and as required by applicable law. After a deletion request, data that is not legally required is deleted within 30 days. Payment and billing records are retained in accordance with applicable data-retention requirements.
