At Webesso, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data collected, processed, and stored when you use our services through webesso.com. All purchases on Webesso are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the reseller and seller of record for payment purposes. 2. Data We Collect

  • Identity: Full name, email address
  • Order details: Chosen domain name, service plan, business description, selected languages and modules
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit timestamp, cookies

3. Payment Data

All payment transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Webesso does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or financial account information. Paddle collects payment data (card details, billing address, tax information) necessary to process your transaction in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. Paddle is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Paddle shares limited transaction data with us (such as transaction ID, amount, and status) so we can fulfil your order.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

  • NameSilo: Domain name registration
  • Vercel: Website hosting and CDN
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Google Gemini: Content and image generation engine (business description only, no personal identifiers)

6. Data Retention

Order and account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by applicable law. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days. Payment and billing records are retained by Paddle in accordance with their own data retention policy.

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
