Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service form an agreement between Webesso and any individual or legal entity requesting or using services through webesso.com ("you" or "the Customer"). By confirming an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Webesso provides Business Website and E-Commerce Standard as managed software services. A Business Website includes an initial design, starter copy, visual placement, page layout, content-panel access and the first 12 months of use. The first 6 months of E-Commerce Standard are free. Customers use the relevant product panel to manage their own website or store; the internal management panel on webesso.com is not a customer portal.

3. Payment Processing

The available payment method, total price, taxes and invoicing details are disclosed before service begins. Webesso does not start a new paid service term or make a recurring collection without the Customer's explicit approval. The applicable payment provider's own terms may also apply. Webesso does not request or store card details in its own systems.

4. Orders and Payment

• The first 12 months of a Business Website cost TRY 3,000; applicable taxes are disclosed before the sale.
• The Business Website price does not change during the first 12 months. The current annual rate for the next term is shared at least 30 days in advance, and renewal requires the Customer's approval.
• The first 6 months of E-Commerce Standard are free.
• After the free period, E-Commerce Standard can continue for TRY 490 per month or TRY 4,900 per year with the Customer's approval.
• No product renews automatically for a new term, and no recurring collection is made without the Customer's approval.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Cancellation requests made before tailored work begins are assessed under applicable law and Ruul's payment/refund process. Once tailored work has begun at your express request, refund eligibility may be reduced in proportion to services supplied, to the extent permitted by law. If Webesso cannot deliver the service due to its own fault, the service fee will be refunded. Contact support@webesso.com for a cancellation or refund request.

6. Software and Usage Rights

The Customer retains rights in brand assets and content they provide. Webesso retains all rights in its software, system architecture, source code, design infrastructure, templates and working methods. An approved service grants the Customer a limited, non-transferable right to use the selected Webesso product during the relevant free or paid term. Source code, system copies, resale, sublicensing and the right to provide similar services to others are not transferred.

7. Content Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that supplied information is accurate and usable, reviewing published content and making necessary updates through the content panel. Illegal, misleading, harmful or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

8. Service Interruptions

Brief interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, third-party services or unforeseen technical issues. Webesso will use reasonable efforts to restore service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webesso is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

Webesso may update these terms prospectively. The core price, duration and scope of an existing order will not be changed retroactively without your approval. The current terms are published on this page.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer-law protection available to you. Applicable jurisdiction rules govern disputes.
